3. Run up Jacob's Ladder without stopping!

4. Get to a weight of 87kg (currently 100.4kg) [ 100.4kg/100.kg]

5. Maintain a weight of 87-90kg for 12 months [ /12]

6. Swim 5 laps of the pool without stopping! [ /5]

7. Build 18" arms! [ / ]
8. Sculpt 6-pack Abs!!
  1. Bench press 120kgs! [ / ]

10. Learn & practise Yoga for 6 months, 3 times per week [ /78]

  1. Add diet in there! Whatever health you want to achieve a raw/organic diet is a tried and true way to go :D
