30 Day Challenge

This is the last quarter of the year 2014, so I have decided to challenge my self:

Physical:

  • 30 days of exercise at least 30 minutes per day
  • AIM: lose 10 - 15 kgs
  • no sugar
Mental:
  • Read for 30 minutes per day (widely)
Spiritual:
  • Read the scriptures daily
  • Prayer daily
  • write my journal daily
Cultural:
  • Karakia each day 
Professional:
  • Write 30 minutes per day (journal article)
Financial:
  • Write 30 minutes per day (novel to publish)
